Parking

Upto 4 hour and all day parking available close the practice.

Wheelchair/lift facilities, shower and toilet facilities are also available.

As a new client we would appreciate if you could arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to fill out relevant paperwork. When you come for your appointment please remember to bring the following:

• Referral letter from GP, Specialist or other Physio if applicable
• Private Health Fund card or DVA card if applicable
• Reports, X-rays, MRI’s, CT scans etc and any other relevant information

Please note it is not necessary to have a referral to have physio treatment or to be covered by your health fund.

If you do have a referral letter we will be happy to consult with your Doctor.

If you need to cancel an appointment

Telephone the office during business hours and allow at least 1 days’ notice so that we can offer your appointment time to patients on our waiting list.

We recognise that your time is valuable, and we make every effort to run on time. Occasionally emergencies or patients require a little more time, and these cause scheduling delays beyond our control. We apologise if we keep you waiting.
